Cornex "Bread Borodynsky" (baking mix for making bread)

Cornex "Bread Borodynsky" is a baking mix for preparing homemade rye-wheat bread "Borodinsky" with a classic taste. Suitable for making bread, both by hand and in a bread machine.

 

We created CORNEX so that you could enjoy fragrant homemade bread without effort. All the necessary ingredients are already in the package, you only need to add yeast and water in the amount according to the recipe on the package.

 

For manual preparation: Add yeast and water to the Cornex baking mix and knead the dough. Cover with a towel or napkin and leave in a warm place for 15-30 minutes. Divide the dough into pieces of the required mass, form loafs, cover and put in a warm place for 40-60 minutes, until the dough increases in volume by about 2 times. Bake at a temperature of 220°C for 25-50 minutes. The baking time depends on the mass and shape of the dough (the larger the dough, the longer the baking time).

For bread machines: Pour water into the container of a bread machine, add the mixture and yeast. According to the operating instructions, select the necessary program (it is recommended to use the "Standard" program).
