Bakemix Muffin (a mixture for muffins and butter biscuits)

Bakemix "Muffin" is a dry baking mix for easy preparation of muffins, butter biscuits and semi-finished products for cakes and pastries. Optionally, various fillers (raisins, nuts, chocolate drops, candied fruit, etc.) can be added.
 
Bakemix "Muffin" facilitates the production process (kneading the dough is performed in one stage) and eliminates errors when weighing functional ingredients of low dosage. Most importantly, every time you get products of consistently high quality with excellent taste, soft crust, good volume and extended shelf life (provided they are packed in flow packs with inert gas).
 
Dosage: 15%. The recommended recipe using the BAKEMIX "Muffin" concentrate includes flour, sugar, eggs, vegetable oil and water. Our manager will send you the exact dosage and cooking technology  with the specification.
