Cornex "Malt Bread" (dry baking mix for rye-wheat bread)
Cornex "Malt Bread" is a dry baking mix (acidifier-enhancer) for preparing rye-wheat bread with malt. The mixture contains rye malt, textured barley flour, mashed potatoes, cumin and enzymes.

- The recipe is designed in such a way as to guarantee an ideal baking result every time: dimensionally stable, voluminous bread, fluffy crumb.
