Cornex "Rye-Wheat Bread" is a ready-made dry baking mix for preparing homemade rye-wheat bread with an addition of mashed potatoes. It is suitable for preparing the bread by hand or in a bread machine. Our recipe allows you to always get the perfect fragrant and healthy bread with a rich taste.

For manual preparation: Add yeast and water to the Cornex baking mix and knead the dough. Cover with a towel or napkin and leave in a warm place for 15-30 minutes. Divide the dough into pieces of the required mass, form loafs, cover and put in a warm place for 40-60 minutes, until the dough increases in volume by about 2 times. Bake at a temperature of 220°C for 25-50 minutes. The baking time depends on the mass and shape of the dough (the larger the dough, the longer the baking time).
For bread machines: Pour water into the container of a bread machine, add the mixture and yeast. According to the operating instructions, select the necessary program (it is recommended to use the "Standard" program).
