Bakery enhancer for the production of bread products, hot dog and hamburger buns and other products where fine, thin-walled porosity is required. The recipe was developed taking into account the peculiarities of Ukrainian production technologies and local ingredients used in the bakery industry.
Dosage: 0.5-1.0% to the mass of flour.
